The Wellness Initiative

The Wellness Initiative in Flagstaff is a woman-owned practice led by a Doctor of Natural Medicine and holistic strategist who combines mind-body therapies, bioenergetics and movement. Offerings include full body bioresonance scans, auriculotherapy with ear seeds, emotional release sessions, recovery sessions, fitness and nutrition guidance and mindfulness practices. Clients start with a comprehensive wellness assessment, can follow a 3-month blueprint or partnership, and receive recommendations through Fullscript, with standalone follow-up scans available. Programs are booked online.
